Our ability to structure interoperability among disparate systems allows the collection of multi-spectral data so an effective decision can be better informed when multiple options are presented. Unstructured decision-making in a complex and dynamic atmosphere is a challenging issue and it results in the decision maker encountering low-level information in every situation.
